Topic: How to heal relationships

These classes are for women and men who are struggling with the aftermath of a chilhood that was definitely not happy. Abandonment, rejection, fear, anger, shame were the main issues. We will use Gary Graig's Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to release negative emotions in group tappings. Frequently, there will be guests. Most of them are EFT practitioners, some are not. All of them will have their unique perspective and share healing methods.

While these classes cannot be a substitute for individual EFT sessions or any other form of psychotherapy, they will give the participants a better understanding how to work effectively with EFT and other energy psychology tools.
